In this article I look at HPE’s implementation of disaggregated hyperconverged infrastructure (dHCI). dHCI is like to hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) as it allows the management of compute and storage from a single management plane: vCenter Server, but dHCI separates the device that provide the compute and storage allowing an enterprise to deploy these resources independently in order to meet their needs.
